We are not required to provide you a refund if you change your mind about the service/s you ask for.
You can choose to cancel your contract with us and receive a refund for the unconsumed portion of the service if there is a major problem with the service.
The limits of our refund policy can be up to maximum amount of fees paid less administration charges.
It is the Directors of Q-Bears discretion as to the amount of fees to be refunded depending on the extent of engagement and resources used up to the time of refund application.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed.
